Dr. Malindretos has had a diverse background in the areas of
academia and industry. He has taught at institutions of higher learning. He has been nominated for excellence in instruction and research.
Dr. Malindretos has over one hundred presentations in Finance, Accounting and Management. Additionally, he has published more than one hundred book chapters and refereed journal articles and he has also co-authored a monograph in International Finance.
Dr. Malindretos acquired, managed and owned a real estate firm for about 15 years. He has consulted for commercial banks and investment banks. He has had a career in Wall Street thatspanned a dozen years having started at Salomon Smith Barney.

Carolina Llamas Rojas is an education methods specialist and accomplished business leader with expertise in banking and advanced e-learning solutions. She holds an M.B.A. from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and a Law degree from ICADE, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid. Her career includes leadership roles as Branch Manager at Banco de Madrid (Grupo Banesto), Business Development Manager at National Westminster Bank, and CEO and Founder of Aprendetec, a company dedicated to designing and implementing advanced e-learning programs.

Her career also spans business development at Western Dental in Los Angeles and financial project management at Animo Ltd. in Romania.
Loredana holds a Master’s in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from California State University, and a B.S. in both Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, as well as a Psycho-Pedagogy Teaching Degree from Vasile Alecsandri University of Bacau.

Mr. Pavlos Gyparis, Co-Director of Conferences, is a seasoned business and hospitality professional with expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Science in Business from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Mr. Gyparis served as Sales & Marketing Manager for Louis Hotels S.A., where he developed and executed annual marketing strategies to expand the Greek market share for 22 luxury properties in Greece and Cyprus. He also worked as Business Development Manager for Louis Sbarro Restaurants Hellas S.A., leading market expansion initiatives, negotiating deals, and managing projects for the international Sbarro restaurant chain. His experience reflects strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills in competitive hospitality and franchise markets.

Dr. Augustine C. Arize earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Central Arkansas and a doctorate from North Texas State University (now the University of North Texas). His scholarly work has gained him notoriety, with his 300 published articles cited more than 6,000 times. He has received citations from the World Bank Publication and Working Papers, the European University Institute, and the Center for Economic Research on Africa. His research interests include international trade and finance, developing economies and monetary economics.

Dr. Miquel Noguer Alonso is an accomplished financial technology leader and academic with extensive experience in AI-driven finance and global investment management. He is the Co-Director of Research and Founder of the Artificial Intelligence Finance Institute, and serves on the Advisory Boards of the Financial Data Professional Institute and CFA Quant Investing. Dr. Noguer Alonso is also a professor at NYU Courant, NYU Stern, Columbia University, Imperial College, and ESADE, where he shares his expertise in quantitative finance and artificial intelligence.

Dr. Demetrios Spiros Giannaros, Co-Director of Education, is a distinguished educator, economist, and public servant with decades of leadership in academia, government, and international trade. He began his career as Manager at Samos Imex Corporation before joining Suffolk University as an Assistant Professor of Economics and later serving as Professor at the University of Hartford.
Dr. Giannaros has held prominent public roles, including Member of the Connecticut General Assembly (1995–2010), where he served as Deputy Majority Leader, Deputy Speaker of the House, and Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee. He also directed the U.S. Consortium for Management Education in Central and Eastern Europe and was a member of the Connecticut International Trade Council. Earlier, he was Special Assistant to the President of George Washington University. His career reflects a unique blend of academic excellence, economic expertise, and legislative leadership.

Dr. Theodoros V. Stamatopoulos, Co-Director of Education, is a Professor of Economics in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Athens School of Economics and holds both a Master’s and Doctorate from the University of Piraeus as well as the University of Aix-Marseille in France.
Dr. Stamatopoulos serves as Co-Editor of the International Journal of Economics and Business Administration and the International Journal of Finance, Insurance and Risk Management, and is Guest Editor for the Journal of Risk and Financial Management. Dr. Scott Liu is an accomplished academic executive with 26 years at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), where he has served as Executive Associate Dean for Global Programs, Dean of the School of Management, and Professor. As Director of the Center for International Business Studies, he has led NYIT’s global initiatives for more than 16 years, fostering international partnerships and expanding global educational opportunities.

Dr. Lo Re was the former Director of Business Experiential Learning & Internships at the Nicolais School of Business at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York after previously holding the following leadership roles: Chair, Department of Business Administration; Dean, Department for Lifelong Learning and Interim Associate Provost.
Dr. Lo Re obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from Queens College and a Ph.D. from the CUNY Graduate Center, specializing in Monetary Theories & Policies and International Trade.
